IOB Recruitment Qualification

- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: Up to 10-15 years (depending on category)
Selection Process For IOB Recruitment
The selection for the IT Advisor position will be based solely on a Personal Interview.
- The interview will carry 100 marks and will assess Subject Knowledge, Communication Skills, and Presentation & Attitude.
- The bank will shortlist candidates based on their academic track record and experience before calling them for the interview.
- The final selection will be made based on the marks obtained in the interview.
