SBI SCO Recruitment Salary
The SBI SCO 2025 offers attractive remuneration packages on a contract basis. The contract period is 5 years, renewable for another 4 years at Bank’s discretion. The detailed salary structure is as follows:

SBI SCO Recruitment Selection Process
The SBI SCO Selection Process 2025 involves shortlisting based on applications followed by interview. The selection criteria and process are detailed below
Selection Stages:
- Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee interview call. The Bank’s shortlisting committee will decide parameters.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal/Telephonic/Video Interview (100 marks).
- CTC Negotiation: Will be conducted separately with selected candidates.
- Merit List: Prepared based on interview marks only.
Tie-breaking Rule:
In case more than one candidate scores the same marks at cutoff, they will be ranked according to age in descending order (older candidate gets higher rank).
