1. Security Assistant – Motor Transport
- Essential Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
- Driving License: Candidates must have a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license issued by the proper authority
- Mechanical Knowledge: Candidates must know basic motor mechanics and be able to fix small problems in a vehicle.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of driving experience with a motor car after getting your license.
- Residency: Candidates must a valid domicile certificate of the state where you are applying.
Age Limit
18–27 years as on 17.09.2025; relaxations applicable for SC/ST, OBC, departmental candidates, women, ex-servicemen, and sportspersons as per Govt. norms.

IB Assistant Selection Process
- Tier-I Exam: 100 Objective type MCQs.
- Tier-II: Descriptive type paper of 50 marks.
- Tier-III/Interview: 100 marks.
Cut-off Marks (Tier-I out of 100):
- UR/EWS: 35
- OBC: 34
- SC/ST: 33
- Ex-Servicemen: As per their category
Tier-II Shortlisting:
- Based on Tier-I performance (with normalization), 10x the number of vacancies will be shortlisted.
Candidates must meet minimum Tier-I cut-off.
Tier-III/Interview Shortlisting:
- Based on combined Tier-I & Tier-II scores.
- 5x the number of vacancies will be shortlisted.
- Minimum 33% marks (17/50) required in Tier-II.
Final Merit List:
- Based on combined scores of Tier-I, Tier-II, and Tier-III/Interview.
- A waiting list will also be prepared as per DoP&T OM dated 13.06.2000.
