UCO Bank Apprentice Qualification
To apply for the UCO Bank Apprentice posts, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates must have passed their graduation completed on or after 1st April 2021.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 20 to 28 years of age as of October 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government guidelines for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates.
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizen.
Local Language Test
- Candidates who have studied the local language at 10th or 12th level are exempted from the test.
- Others must qualify the local language test conducted at the time of document verification.
UCO Bank Apprentice Salary Details
The training period will be for 12 months conducted at selected branches of UCO Bank. Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000/- Per month which includes a government subsidy of Rs. 4500. The stipend will be credited monthly via DBT. Note that apprentices will not receive other employee benefits and will not be considered permanent staff.
- Bank’s contribution: Rs. 10,500/- per month.
- Government contribution: Rs. 4,500/- per month (credited via DBT).
No other allowances or benefits will be applicable during the apprenticeship period.

Selection process of UCO Bank Apprentice
The UCO Bank Apprentice Recruitment selection will be based on merit ranking prepared state-wise from the marks/percentage obtained in the qualifying graduation examination. Candidates must have a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). The merit list will be based entirely on the academic score during graduation.
