SSC CGL Admit Card 2025
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is preparing to conduct the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025. According to the official notification, the SSC CGL Exam 2025 is scheduled to take place between 12th August and 26th September 2025, to fill an impressive 14,582 graduate-level vacancies across various government departments and offices throughout India. Candidates who have successfully submitted their applications through the official web portal can download their admit cards from the same portal 2 to 3 days before the exam date.

Scheme of CGL Examination
The Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 will be conducted as a Computer Based Examination in two tiers. Please note that the examination schedule provided in the official Notice is tentative. Any revisions or changes to this schedule will be communicated exclusively through the Commission’s official website. Furthermore, there will be no provision for re-evaluation or re-checking of scores, and no correspondence regarding this will be entertained.
Tier-I (Computer Based Examination)
Candidates who apply for the SSC CGL examination will be required to appear for a Computer-Based Tier-1 exam conducted by the Commission. The structure of this Tier-1 examination is as follows:

Question Type: Tier-I will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi, except for English Comprehension.
Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.
Duration: 60 minutes (80 minutes for the candidates eligible for scribe as per Para-7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 of the official notification).
Normalization: 2 Marks scored by candidates in Computer Based Examinations, if conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalized by using the formula published by the Commission vide Notice No: 1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07-02-2019 and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and cut-off marks.
Tier-II (Computer Based Examination)
Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in Tier-I will be called for the Tier-II Examination. Applicants are advised to refer to the official notification for comprehensive details regarding the Tier-II exam structure and syllabus.

Candidates must download the SSC CGL Admit Card from the official website, as it will not be sent by post. Ensure you have your registration number/roll number and password/date of birth to log in. Follow the steps below to download the admit card:
- Visit the SSC Official Website.
- Navigate to “Recruitment of SSC CGL Admit Card.”
- Click on the link for “Download Prelims Exam Call Letter.”
- Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth along with the captcha code.
- Click on “Login” to view your admit card.
- Download and print the admit card for future use.
