NEEPCO Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process for NEEPCO Executive Trainee 2025 is straightforward and solely based on the candidate’s performance in GATE 2025.
- Sole Criteria: The merit list will be prepared exclusively based on the GATE 2025 Scores.
- No GD/Interview: There will be no Group Discussion or Personal Interview.
- Tie-breaker: In case of a tie in scores, the candidate older in age will be ranked higher.
- Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to serve the company for a minimum of 5 years.
NEEPCO Recruitment Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in the E-2 grade with the following compensation package:
- Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000/- (IDA)
- Approx. Monthly Emoluments: Around Rs. 1,00,000/- (including Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, LBA and contributions towards PF and Superannuation Scheme).
- Other Benefits: Leave, Medical Benefits, PRP, Gratuity, etc., as per company rules.
- Placement: After one year of training, candidates will be placed in the E-3 grade.
