Indian Navy SSC Qualification
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech degree with minimum 60% marks in the relevant discipline for most Technical and Executive branches. Specific requirements are:
- Pilot/Observer/ATC: BE/B.Tech (any discipline) with 60%.
- Logistics: BE/B.Tech (First Class) OR MBA (First Class) OR B.Sc + PG Diploma.
- Education: M.Sc/MA/M.Tech in specified subjects with 60%.
- CPL Holders: Valid CPL issued by DGCA (India) can apply for Pilot.

Indian Navy SSC Selection Process
The Indian Navy SSC Tech Selection Process 2026 includes shortlisting based on cut-off percentage, followed by SSB Interview and Medical Examination. The SSB interview is conducted in two stages and includes psychological tests, group tasks, and personal interview. The total duration of SSB is up to five days.

Indian Navy SSC Salary
The Indian Navy SSC offers a 49-week training program with a monthly stipend of ₹56,100. On successful commissioning as Lieutenant, the pay scale is ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (Level-10) plus Military Service Pay ₹15,500 and other allowances. The approximate CTC per annum is ₹17–18 Lakhs. Officers are entitled to various allowances such as DA, Technical Allowance, Field Area Allowance, Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, and Hostel Subsidy.
