Indian Army SSC Selection Process
The Indian Army SSC Tech Selection Process 2026 includes shortlisting based on cut-off percentage, followed by SSB Interview and Medical Examination. The SSB interview is conducted in two stages and includes psychological tests, group tasks, and personal interview. The total duration of SSB is up to five days.

Indian Army SSC Salary
The Indian Army SSC Tech 2026 offers a 49-week training program with a monthly stipend of ₹56,100. On successful commissioning as Lieutenant, the pay scale is ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (Level-10) plus Military Service Pay ₹15,500 and other allowances. The approximate CTC per annum is ₹17–18 Lakhs. Officers are entitled to various allowances such as DA, Technical Allowance, Field Area Allowance, Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, and Hostel Subsidy.
