HAL Recruitment Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential: NAC (3 Years) OR ITI (2 Years) + NAC/NCTVT (1 Year) in the relevant trade.
- Minimum Marks: UR/OBC/EWS: 60%, SC/ST/PwBD: 50% in the qualifying examination.
- All qualifications must be from NCVT-recognized institutes.
Note: Candidates possessing higher qualifications than required are not eligible and their candidature will be rejected.
Age Relaxation:

HAL Recruitment Selection Process
Selection will be based 100% on the Written Examination.
- Shortlisting: Based on minimum qualifying marks (60% for UR/OBC/EWS, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD). HAL may set a higher cutoff.
- Written Test: OMR-based objective test.
- Document Verification: For candidates who qualify in the written test.
- Medical Examination: Pre-employment medical check-up at HAL Hospital.
- Final Offer: Subject to medical fitness and verification of character & antecedents.

The written test will be of 2.5 hours duration with 160 questions of 1 mark each. There is no negative marking. The question paper will be bilingual (English & Hindi).

HAL Recruitment Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Scale C-5: Rs. 22,000 – 90,000/- Per Month. The monthly remuneration includes:
