The appointments will be purely on a temporary and fixed-pay basis.The recruitment includes the following positions:
1. Laboratory Technician (Blood)
- Total Vacancies: 39
- UR – 20, ST – 12, SC – 7
- Pay: Rs. 20,475/- per month (75% of entry-level Pay Level-9 as per TSCS RP Rules, 2018)
- Educational Qualification:
- HS (+2 stage) with Science
- 2 years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an AICTE/UGC/Govt. recognized board/institute
- B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute.
2. Radiology & Imaging Technologist
- Total Vacancies: 27
- UR – 14, ST – 8, SC – 5
- Pay: Rs. 20,475/- per month (same as above)
- Educational Qualification:
- HS (+2 stage) with Science
- 2 years Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institute
- Bachelor’s degree in related Radiology/Imaging fields from a recognized institute.
3. Optometrist
- Total Vacancies: 19
- UR – 10, ST – 6, SC – 3
- Pay: Rs. 28,200/- per month (75% of entry-level Pay Level-11 as per TSCS RP Rules, 2018)
- Educational Qualification:
- HS (+2 stage) with Science
- 2 years Diploma in Optometry or Ophthalmic Assistant Course
- Bachelor in Optometry/Bachelor in Ophthalmic Assistant from a recognized institute.
- Desirable: Knowledge in Bengali or Kokborok

- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 40 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for ST/SC/PwD/Ex-servicemen
