BOB LBO Recruitment Education Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute {including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD).
Desirable Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of Indiaonly.
- Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks or fintechs will not be considered.
- Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
BOB LBO Recruitment Age Limit
The minimum age to apply is 21 years, and the maximum age is 30 years, depending on the post. Candidates are advised to check the specific age criteria for the desired position before applying.
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the reserved categories as given below.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: Up to 10-15 years (depending on category)
